The Jordan McNair Foundation At The Donate Life Family Fun Run

On September 22, the Jordan McNair Foundation participated in the Donate Life Family Fun Run for the organ donor community, where Jordan and Gavin were liver recipients. It took place at the Camden Yards Sports Complex in Baltimore.

The Donate Life Family Fun Run has been celebrating the lives of donors and transplant recipients for ten years. A 5k run and walk, our goal is to raise awareness for organ, eye, and tissue donation and celebrate the generosity of donors and their families. Proceeds from the Donate Life Family Fun Run benefit The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland’s community outreach and education efforts, as well as our aftercare program and workshops for donor families.

Each year, donor families and friends, transplant recipients, living donors, hospital partners, and supporters of our mission come together as a community and participate in the Donate Life Family Fun Run. In addition to raising funds, the Fun Run is a great way to celebrate life, second chances, and the generosity of organ, eye, and tissue donors.
